	We booked a 6-week New York/Canada/Alaska/Oregon holiday and cannot recommend our travel agent Jessica Ruffell from Murray Bridge more highly. Not only the most beautiful lady with her happy/bubbly personality but her professionalism is exceptional. Everything was organised to the finest detail and any questions or concerns we had were answered and dealt with immediately, nothing was too much trouble for her. She even contacted me while I was overseas when she was concerned about a health issue I had while away.We had the most amazing holiday ever and are just so grateful to have had Jessica organise it all for us. 	Some time ago my wife, Una, and I attended a travel information night which was presented by Greg Close and some of his team from Easy Travel and Cruise. Greg had looked after a number of Halcyon Landing residents travel arrangements and they were so impressed with Greg and his team that they invited him to host a travel night at Halcyon Landing. We are happy to say that as a result of the way he conducted the night, with an absence of any “hard sell”, we decided to book a 132-day world cruise with Silversea, and we are so pleased we did. We believe in this particular instance we are thousands of dollars better off through dealing with Easy Travel and Cruise. Greg personally looked after us and certainly gave us value that we would not have achieved with any of the larger travel groups. It is nice to deal with someone who is up front, fights to get the best deal possible and wants to do it all for you. I have dealt with agents who have to go back and forth to the manager for approvals for anything out of the ordinary; not so with Greg, it is all straight forward, no messing about. We referred some friends to Greg as they could not get travel insurance cover and were going to cancel their planned trip. Greg got them the cover they required. I was lucky enough to go on the Walking England tour in 2017. Greg made my arrangements so easy, as I wished to spend extra time in England and Scotland catching up with family. He arranged my train tickets and flights home from Gatwick. Thank you so much Greg. As Greg grew up in this area of England and knew it well, plus had friends on which he could rely and trust, it made this trip well planned and thought out. As far as walking went, there were two different types of walkers. One, was a group that wanted to get from A to B as soon as possible and the second group, was one which took their time to look around and take in the surroundings. Greg was very conscientious of making sure that both groups were well looked after. The accommodation was great, with fabulous hosts, and dietary requirements well taken care of. The canal barge trip was excellent and an eye-opener to see how many people enjoy this type of holiday but also live on barges. I was unfortunate in the fact that I got sick and needed some hospital treatment, but Greg accompanied me in the ambulance and to the hospital, and organised a taxi to take us back to the others. He also helped with the insurance claim once I arrived home. Greg looked after everyone on the tour as though they were a part of his own family. 	It may be called a walking tour but it is so much more! What a fantastic time we all had. From the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge to the dizzy heights of Dubai and then to the spectacular rural landscapes of northern England. Yes we walked, but we were rewarded every step of the way with such a variety of beautiful scenery, quaint English villages and pubs plus fabulous fun, food and friends. Greg was a wonderful tour guide and together with his local knowledge of many areas and his ability to deal with any situation we threw at him, I couldn't have wanted for a better holiday.
